BREWERY

Four grand beers froth and bubble from this brewery. A pale ale which is labelled Stonemasons in memory of the local craftsman who hewed and sculptured the iron hard granite which reflected the masons own strength and artistry.

The amber brew is labelled Woodcutters and echoes the ring of their axes as they felled the massive iron- and stringy-bark of the McHarg Ranges. These woodcutters strength is maintained in this amber brew.

And our Porter , labelled Blacksmiths is in warm appreciation of the coke furnaces which glowed cheerily beside the mighty anvil which was brother to the blacksmith's hammer and the smithy's skill and craftsmanship.

What would an Aussie pub be without an Australian style lager. Nothinhg is more Australian than the Aussie Shearer. The Shearers lager is sure to quench the thirst of any Gun shearer.

Naturally we have conventional beers on tap too, but brewed fresh is better, eh?
